In Piazza Pretoria, alle due estremità degli scalini che portano in Via Maqueda, fanno la guardia due leoni. Sono bellissimi, stanno seduti con lo sguardo fiero ed i muscoli in tensione.Il problema è che il loro manto ha assunto un colore non ben identificabile...perchè quella via, che dovrebbe essere chiusa al traffico perchè stracolma di monumenti e chiese, è invece un asse centrale attraversato tutto il giorno dalle auto...
In Piazza Pretoria, at the two sides of the steps leading to via Maqueda, there are two lions guarding over the street. They are beautiful, sitting there with their proud gaze and tense muscles. The real issue is that their colour has turned quite strange: as a matter of fact this street that should be pedestrian as it is filled up with monuments and churches but on the contrary it is crossed by cars all day long…
